Starting an 0.5.1 branch

Starting an 0.5.1 branch

I think we're quickly getting to the point were we need a feature branch for 0.5.1. I think we've already inserted quite a bit more than what 0.5.0 was originally going to cover. If for no reason, it helps with our pull request queue, letting people know what's going on.

Thoughts?

Yes, but I like it the other way around. Create a branch for the freeze. HEAD should be HEAD.
